Calandra "Callie" Antonelli

Hey, I’m Callie — a single mom, holistic healing enthusiast, and self-proclaimed wellness detective. This blog is my open journal and research lab where I test out and review a variety of wholistic healing practices for mind, body, and soul — all from the lens of someone living on a budget, learning out loud.
Why I Started This
My journey into holistic wellness started with a colonic. Yep, that kind of cleanse. It opened my eyes to the deep connection between gut health, emotional well-being, and spiritual alignment. When I learned that the gut is often called the “second brain,” I became obsessed with learning more. That obsession became a lifestyle — one rooted in natural healing, self-awareness, and DIY remedies.
Over time, I noticed how much I had relied on over-the-counter meds, processed foods, and unhealthy patterns. I was overwhelmed, inflamed, and disconnected from my body. I decided I wanted to reclaim my wellness — and help others do the same.

I’m passionate about teaching people how to take healing into their own hands, whether through affordable services, at-home rituals, or deeper spiritual practices.
This is a journey — one with ups and downs, mess and magic. I hope something you find here helps you heal, get curious, or simply feel less alone.
